World cup is over. But there are also other ways to live Southafrica in the frontline, helping this nation to fight against poverty, deaseases and crime. Before, during and after world cup too. Let’s discover some of them. 

To follow elephants near PretoriaProjects abroad, an italian organization, offers several voluntary activities, depending on your abilities and experience. Going Southafrica (with no fees) to help orphan children. You may support them by staying at home or going right there as a volunteer, with no fees to pay. Little Eden association, followed by an italian woman named Lucy and her sisters (Lucy took the place of her mother, who opened the orphanage in 1967) offers accomodation to the ones who want to act in the role of volounteer for their association. They’ll feed the children, help changing their clothes, stay altogether with local educators. Give a  roof to people doesn’t  have.  You can contribute to a solidarity project named “Sannio for Sudafrica”, promoted by Isidefelix association in Frasso Telesino (Italy) to  help hiv-affected children and adults, hosted in Nazareth house, Johannesburg. See how in www.isidefelixonlus.con. 

You can also help south african Aids sick children in Oudtshoorn, near Little Karoo. You can send money or to became a volunteer. The aims of the project are to give the medical help, offer education and to prevent their exploitation. Info: www.aiutareibambini.it
