On this blog, we posted years ago Nadine Gordimer’s words, pronounced in an italian tv’s interview: “Southafrica nowadays has one of the most modern costitution on the world”. We’ve been frozen up, last days, hearing her saying “we’re stepping behind towards apartheid”. She mentioned about the “secrecy Bill”, following Desmond Tutu’s thoughts, and Mandela’s ones too, perhaps.
Maybe one close day we’ll have to stop bloggin’ about SA. Meanwhile, the country is willing to host the world climate summit, due to rescue Kyoto protocol. We really hope it will succeed. But anyway, the day after a new shadow will stand over the rainbow nation.
